Deck overview

This Dimir surveil deck uses Mirko, Obsessive Theorist as a repeatable reanimator that grows whenever you surveil. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard with surveil (Doom Whisperer, Notion Rain, Search for Azcanta) to grow Mirko and Dimir Spybug, then return creatures with power less than Mirko each end step with a finality counter for value. Secondary paths win through incremental drain from Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Syr Konrad, the Grim and Massacre Wurm, or combat with large surveil threats. Mirko is the engine and payoff, while Syr Konrad acts as a hidden commander that turns every mill and death into direct damage. No infinite combo exists; wins require multiple reanimation loops.
