Deck overview

Golgari reanimator built around Meren's experience-triggered recursion. The primary plan is to sacrifice cheap creatures to grow experience counters, then use Meren's end-step trigger to return a value creature from the graveyard each turn. The fastest win is the Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion + Carrion Feeder loop for infinite damage, tutored and assembled from the graveyard with Buried Alive, Diabolic Intent, and Reanimate. Secondary paths drain with Blood Artist/Zulaport Cutthroat and Gray Merchant, recurred through Cauldron of Essence, Living Death, and Sheoldred. Meren is the engine, not a finisher; if she is kept off the battlefield, the deck still functions with one-shot reanimation and tutors, but it loses its repeatable grind.
