Commander: Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Kefka, Court Mage is a Grixis combo-control deck whose primary win is Thassa's Oracle plus Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, assembled through a dense tutor package and fast mana. Kefka's front face is the main commander utility: it forces each player to discard and then draws for each card type discarded, letting repeatable flicker effects convert into hand advantage and disruption. The Ruler of Ruin back face is a backup flyer that draws on opponent life loss, but it is rarely the intended game plan. Secondary beats come from Ragavan, Dauthi Voidwalker, and Orcish Bowmasters, with a small Underworld Breach recursion package. There is no hidden commander.
