Squirrel by ezeidler217

Format: Commander

Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Chatterfang is the deck's engine and finisher: every token created under the deck's control brings an extra Squirrel, turning small token makers into an avalanche. The primary plan is a wide Squirrel swarm, accelerated to lethal by anthems like Deep Forest Hermit, Beastmaster Ascension, and Overrun, or by sacrificing a large mass to trigger Blood Artist, Bastion of Remembrance, and Mirkwood Bats. Hazel of the Rootbloom acts as a hidden commander, tapping tokens for mana and copying Squirrels at end step. The deck also contains three real infinite-token/drain lines: Chatterfang + Pitiless Plunderer, Ivy Lane Denizen + Scurry Oak, and a Camellia/Gilded Goose/Hazel's Brewmaster/Peregrin Took loop. No double-faced commander is present.
