Deck overview

This is a Gruul enchantment-hulk deck built to exploit Bello, Bard of the Brambles. The game plan is to ramp Bello, Bard of the Brambles out on turns 2-3, then resolve the deck's load of four-plus-mana non-Equipment artifacts and non-Aura enchantments, all of which become 4/4 indestructible hasty Elementals that draw a card on combat damage. Those permanents are simultaneously an army and an engine: each cast swings immediately and replaces itself. The kill comes from stacking multiplicative damage effects - Gratuitous Violence, Fiery Emancipation, City on Fire, Unnatural Growth, and Berserkers' Onslaught - so a board of "mere" 4/4s ends the game in one alpha strike. Warstorm Surge adds non-combat reach, while Sunbird's Invocation, Wildsear, Scouring Maw, and Kodama of the East Tree chain extra permanents off each cast. The price is a near-total reliance on the commander and almost no stack interaction, making the deck explosive but linear.
