Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck centers on Sai, Master Thopterist to convert cheap artifact casts into an evasive army of 1/1 flying Thopter tokens. The early game accelerates mana using cost-reducers like Etherium Sculptor and 2-mana rocks, deploying Sai on Turn 3 and establishing continuous token production and card-draw cycling by Turn 4. The midgame compounds board presence through artifact affinity and scaling draw engines such as Shimmer Dragon, Thopter Spy Network, and Vedalken Archmage. The deck establishes a critical must-answer state around Turn 6, converting accumulated tokens and artifact tallies into lethal combat pressure using anthems and bomb finishers like Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Forsaken Monument, Master of Etherium, and Kappa Cannoneer. While the deck generates high card volume and wide aerial boards, it lacks dedicated tutors and fast combo finishes, requiring two opponent response cycles to eliminate the table and remaining vulnerable to artifact board wipes.
