Format: Commander

Commander: Groundchuck & Dirtbag

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-green "big stompy" deck helmed by Groundchuck & Dirtbag. The commander's ability to add an extra {G} every time you tap a land for mana effectively doubles your green mana from lands, letting you accelerate into large threats much earlier than normal. The primary game plan is to ramp heavily in the early turns, deploy the commander as both a mana engine and an 8/8 trample body, then overwhelm opponents with a parade of high-power creatures-many of which carry Ox, Aurochs, or Bison tribal synergies. Secondary value comes from legendary support pieces like Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Kamahl, Heart of Krosa, and The Great Henge for card draw and pumping. Wins are achieved through straightforward combat damage, often with trample and the occasional power-doubling effect from Unnatural Growth. There are no infinite combos; the deck relies on inevitability via superior mana and creature size.
