He Who Laugh Last by user7645180

Format: Commander

Commander: Laughing Jasper Flint

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Laughing Jasper Flint is the engine and not a finisher: he turns a wide board of cheap Rogues, Pirates, and Mercenaries into a large upkeep-exile pool, while attack triggers from Breeches, Ragavan, Grim Hireling, and Professional Face-Breaker generate Treasures and castable foreign cards. The primary plan is outlaw-tribal chip damage that becomes a single Port Razer or Great Train Heist turn chaining extra combats. Secondary paths use theft from Dauthi Voidwalker, Rev, and Tinybones, plus Rakdos, the Muscle playing whole slices of opponents' libraries. Raphael, the Nightwatcher doubles all combat damage. This single-faced commander has no hidden commander, and the deck contains no true infinite combo, so nearly every win ends in combat.
