Deck overview

This Boros aggressive deck is commanded by Thorin Oakenshield, emphasizing Dwarf tribal synergies, historic permanents, and Equipment packages. The strategy rapidly deploys early Dwarves and artifacts to unlock the Storied mechanic, granting passive ward protection across the entire board. Mid-game turns establish compounding anthem effects and Treasure production through engines like Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, Magda, Brazen Outlaw, and Fíli the Pathfinder. The deck transitions into a lethal clock around Turn 6, using massive stat buffs, double strike, and high-impact finishers such as Embercleave and Fiery Emancipation to eliminate opponents in combat. Robust protection spells tutorable via Sunforger shield key pieces against removal, allowing the deck to maintain aggressive momentum through multiple combat steps.
