Commander: Ms. Bumbleflower

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Bant group-hug counters deck helmed by Ms. Bumbleflower. Every spell you cast feeds an opponent a card, puts a +1/+1 counter on one of your creatures (and grants it flying), and rewards you with two cards on the second trigger each turn. The 99 leans into that engine with symmetric draw (Secret Rendezvous, Minds Aglow, Wedding Ring, Selvala, Explorer Returned), counter hosts (Managorger Hydra, Forgotten Ancient, Chasm Skulker), and doublers (Primal Vigor, Zimone, Paradox Sculptor). Primary wins are alternate conditions-Simic Ascendancy ticking to twenty growth counters, Twenty-Toed Toad attacking with twenty counters or twenty cards in hand-backed by Psychosis Crawler table drain and large trampling combat. The commander is the central spell-payoff engine rather than a combo piece; the deck still functions on its draw-and-counters suite without her, but loses a lot of velocity.
