Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya midrange strategy commanded by Garnet, Princess of Alexandria, designed to exploit Saga chapter triggers. By attacking with Garnet, you remove lore counters from your Sagas, allowing you to repeatedly trigger high-impact early chapters—such as token creation, exiling opposing threats, and drawing cards—while steadily growing Garnet with +1/+1 counters and lifelink. Classic enchantress engines like Sythis, Harvest's Hand, Enchantress's Presence, and Eidolon of Blossoms provide consistent card flow to keep your hand full of enchantments. Win conditions center on scaling combat damage, either by swinging with a massive commander equipped with double strike and evasion from Duelist's Heritage and The Wind Crystal, or by overwhelming the board with token swarms from Summon: Knights of Round and Overlord of the Mistmoors. While resilient against attrition and rich in life gain, the deck operates primarily at sorcery speed and relies on proactive board development.
