Deck overview

This deck is a Simic synergy and combo build commanded by Lonis, Cryptozoologist, focusing on creature enters-the-battlefield triggers, token multiplication, and clone effects. The primary game plan revolves around deploying cheap utility creatures to build a dense board of Clue tokens, which are leveraged for card draw, mana generation via Jaheira, Friend of the Forest or Urza, Lord High Artificer, and table interaction. The deck transitions into a decisive win through two main avenues: assembling four copies of Biovisionary using redundant clone effects or a kicked Rite of Replication, or executing bounce loops with Cloudstone Curio and Academy Manufactor to produce infinite mana and Clues, allowing Lonis to steal all opposing permanents. A strong tutor suite featuring Birthing Pod, Eldritch Evolution, and Neoform provides consistent piece access, while counterspells and Heroic Intervention protect the closing window. The deck trades raw cEDH-level speed for compounding board presence and resilient, multi-angle combo finishes.
