Commander: Memnarch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Memnarch is a mono-blue artifact-ramp and theft commander. This list accelerates with a dense suite of two-drop mana rocks, cost reducers, and Urza, Lord High Artificer, aiming to cast Memnarch by turn five and then use his two-part ability-turn permanents into artifacts and then steal them-to dismantle opposing boards. Secondary paths are a giant Urza Construct token and a swarm of Thopters from Sai, with Phyrexian Mirrodin Besieged as a slow alternate win. Protection is limited to counterspells and a few hexproof pieces, so the deck tries to control before it takes over; its artifact-dense board is its main strength and its main vulnerability.
