Ant Man by Dr-Killem

Format: Commander

Commander: Ant-Man, Elusive Avenger

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ant-Man is a looting/pump deck that uses a nearly unblockable 1/2 commander to turn cheap +X/+X instants into commander damage and a Treasure engine. The primary plan is to resolve Ant-Man early, back him with double strike and power doublers, and one-shot opponents one at a time; the secondary path is to make a 40+-power Ant-Man (or a double-striking Vincent at 20+ power) and finish the table with Chandra's Ignition or chaos triggers. Looting creatures and artifact payoffs keep the hand full and the graveyard stocked for Festival of Embers, Lier, and Backdraft Hellkite. Ms. Marvel and Vincent are alternative pump targets.
