Deck overview

This deck is a Naya land-creature combat strategy captained by Toph, the First Metalbender. It converts lands and nontoken artifacts into resilient beaters using the earthbend mechanic. Because earthbent lands return to the battlefield tapped whenever they die or are exiled, the deck possesses exceptional natural insulation against standard board wipes and spot removal. The game plan focuses on deploying early ramp, casting Toph on curve to generate a self-replacing attacking land each turn, and scaling threat density via counter doublers and extra combat steps. High-impact legends like Bumi, Unleashed and Avatar Kyoshi, Earthbender turn modest land bases into lethal combat steps. Sweepers such as Planar Outburst and Planar Cleansing operate as asymmetrical board breaks, wiping opposing boards while preserving the pilot's land army.
