Deck overview

This is a Golgari sacrifice-value engine helmed by Baba Lysaga, Night Witch, built to exploit her activated ability by sacrificing three different card types each turn - typically an artifact land (Darksteel Citadel, Darkmoss Bridge, Tree of Tales), a reusable enchantment (Rancor, Wild Growth), and a creature token (Field of the Dead zombie, Dunes of the Dead zombie, Khalni Garden plant) - to drain 3 life from each opponent, gain 3, and draw three cards. The deck's real engine is land sacrifice and mass land recursion: Crucible of Worlds, Splendid Reclamation, Aftermath Analyst, and World Shaper return sacrificed lands to the battlefield, fueling repeat activations. It wins through repeated drain triggers plus combat inevitability from Titania, Protector of Argoth's 5/3 Elementals, Grave Titan zombies, and Blossoming Bogbeast/Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse pumps. A secondary reanimation package (Living Death, Animate Dead, Necromancy, Pattern of Rebirth) adds resilience.
