Dain? I Just Started... by tbane8

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf-tribal Equipment deck built around Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The core loop is simple: Dwarves enter, make Treasures, and those artifact tokens both ramp and pump the Dwarf team. The deck then layers a free-equip package - Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist, Sigarda's Aid, Puresteel Paladin, Forge Anew, and Bruenor Battlehammer - onto that treasure engine to suit up Thorin and finish via commander damage. Colossus Hammer supplies the burst, Genji Glove and Hexplate Wallbreaker supply extra combats, and Dain Ironfoot/Reyav, Master Smith add double strike. Magda, Brazen Outlaw is a hidden secondary tutor that can put finisher artifacts directly into play, while Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist functions almost as a second commander. Backup damage comes from Chandra's Ignition, Dain of Ancient Halls, and Torbran, Thane of Red Fell.
