Bear country by Chefskele88

Format: Commander

Commander: Kudo, King Among Bears

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Selesnya/Gruul **bear tribal** deck built to go wide with Bears, pump the team with anthems and +1/+1 counters, and then finish with an overwhelming combat phase, protected by a compact suite of hexproof/indestructible protection. The commander, Kudo, King Among Bears, transforms every creature in the deck into a 2/2 Bear with a super-solid "pack" bonus, while Ayula, Queen Among Bears/Ayula's Influence create token Bears and fight/loot tricks. The deck is not a dedicated infinite-combo shells; instead it is a robust "incremental advantage" deck that suffocates in creature combat, card flow ("Beast Whisper","Toski","Herald's Horn") and one-sided recursion ("Ruxa, Patient Professor") to overwhelm. The commander lock and the record snowball both pack a giant removal/board-wipe redundancy, and the "Gavony Township" lock and "Sunpetal Grove" / "Canopy Vista" are included in the manabase.
