This deck is a mono-black Aristocrats engine commanded by Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel. The strategy focuses on deploying cheap, recurring creature fodder and sacrifice outlets to draw cards, control the board, and transform Sephiroth. On transformation, Sephiroth creates a permanent, non-interactable emblem that drains 1 life from an opponent whenever any creature dies on the battlefield.
