Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Equipment Reanimator and Assassin typal strategy commanded by Ratonhnhaké꞉ton. The game plan revolves around exploiting the commander's unique ability: it enters the battlefield with hexproof and unblockable until it deals damage. When it deals combat damage, it generates a 1/1 menace Assassin token and cheats an Equipment directly from the graveyard attached to that token. By stocking the graveyard with heavy equipment like Colossus Hammer, Meteor Sword, and Wrecking Ball Arm through discard and self-mill, the deck bypasses massive equip costs. Blink spells like Ephemerate and Cloudshift reset the commander's 'hasn't dealt damage' condition, repeatedly granting hexproof and unblockable status. The deck finishes games through rapid combat damage or decisive alternate win conditions, primarily using Ramses, Assassin Lord to convert a single player elimination into an immediate table victory.
