Deck overview

This is a big-mana Dinosaur stompy deck built around Maular, the Next Evolution. Her Rulebreaker text is the skeleton of the deck: it justifies running 40 basic lands and a spread of off-color dinosaurs, most of them mana value 7 or greater, and her attack trigger doubles whichever 7+ mana monster is swinging - turning a 10/10 into a 40/40 in two combat steps. The plan is linear: ramp hard for the first four turns, deploy the largest dinosaurs available, and let their ETBs and attack triggers snowball. Gishath, Sun's Avatar, Etali, Primal Conqueror, and Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant cheat additional monsters onto the battlefield, while Old Gnawbone and Zacama, Primal Calamity provide mana and removal. The deck wins through combat, with Wakening Sun's Avatar and Cresting Mosasaurus as board resets and Tyrranax Rex/Etali's back face as alternative poison clocks. There are no infinite combos - this is pure, inevitability-driven dinosaur beatdown.
