Deck overview

This is a Gruul Beast tribal stompy deck helmed by Slinza, the Spiked Stampede. The plan is straightforward midrange aggression: ramp into cost-reduced Beasts, flood the board with power-4+ bodies, and close through combat. Slinza, the Spiked Stampede cheapens every Beast by {2}, pads them with +1/+1 counters, and converts each power-4+ ETB into optional fight removal. Primary finishes are classic overrun effects-Craterhoof Behemoth, Xenagos, God of Revels, Blossoming Bogbeast, and Thunderfoot Baloth-backed by token engines like Rampaging Baloths and Quartzwood Crasher. Primal Surge is a high-ceiling alternate win that can dump nearly the entire permanent-dense library. The deck plays as fair, telegraphed Gruul: develop mana, resolve Slinza, chain undercosted threats, and one-shot the table with a single combat step.
