Deck overview

This mono-red "speed demon" deck under The Whizzer, Classic Speedster is built to chain haste creatures and extra combat phases into a single, overwhelming turn. The commander itself is a 3/3 haste first striker, serving more as an efficient body than a build-around. The real engine lies in five extra-combat cards (Relentless Assault, Seize the Day, Full Throttle, Aggravated Assault, Combat Celebrant) plus a swarm of cheap haste creatures like Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Fervent Champion, and Burnout Bashtronaut that generate immediate value and mana. The deck wins by chaining multiple combat steps in the same turn, using treasure generation from Professional Face-Breaker and Ragavan to pay for repeatable effects like Aggravated Assault. A heavy equipment package (Embercleave, Blackblade Reforged, Command Beam, etc.) pumps the commander into a one-shot kill that can be redirected through extra combats to eliminate all three opponents in a single turn. In a median goldfish draw, this puts the deck on a turn-5 to turn-6 kill clock.
