Format: Commander

Commander: The Howling Abomination

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Howling Abomination is a hasted 5/5 that grows and burns every opponent each time it is targeted. The main plan is to cast it on curve and chain one-mana cantrips and pump spells at it, converting each targeted spell into +2/+2, two damage to each opponent, and extra cards. Zada, Hedron Grinder and Mirrorwing Dragon act as hidden commanders, copying the same spells across the rest of the board; Storm-Kiln Artist turns those copies into Treasures. Secondary wins include a Haze of Rage buyback/storm loop with Storm-Kiln and a finisher like Grapeshot or Chandra's Ignition, or a Kediss-assisted commander attack.
