Deck overview

This is a focused mono-blue mill deck helmed by Bruvac the Grandiloquent, whose static ability doubles every mill effect the deck produces. The primary plan is to deploy cheap mill engines (Hedron Crab, Ruin Crab, Mesmeric Orb, Psychic Corrosion, Drowned Secrets) and then resolve a critical payload-Traumatize, kicked Maddening Cacophony, Fractured Sanity, or Fraying Sanity-to empty all three opposing libraries in a single turn window. Secondary avenues include The Mindskinner converting combat damage into table-wide mill, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries as a backup win condition, and a light pillowfort/stax package (Propaganda, Crawlspace, Back to Basics) that buys the time needed to finish the mill. The deck plays as a classic "set up the doubler, then empty the libraries" strategy with modest interaction and very little traditional ramp.
