Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Mono-Black Zombie Tribal and Aristocrats strategy led by Gisa, the Hellraiser. The primary game plan revolves around accelerating into Gisa, leveraging her passive lord buff and menace granting, and triggering her crime ability across each player's turn with efficient removal and targeting lands. By generating a continuous stream of 3/3 menace Zombie Rogues, the deck quickly builds a dominant, evasive board presence. It layers anthem lords such as Undead Warchief and Death Baron with aristocrat drain engines like Ayara, First of Locthwain and Mirkwood Bats to close out games through overwhelming combat damage and life loss. In addition, the deck features powerful asymmetric creature control engines, notably Sheoldred, Whispering One, Gisa, Glorious Resurrector, and the continuous wipe synergy of Maha, Its Feathers Night combined with Kaervek, the Spiteful. Robust single-target protection spells and deep graveyard recursion ensure resilience against board wipes and removal.
