Deck overview

This is a five-color Sagas deck built around Tom Bombadil's chapter trigger as the engine that turns final chapters into free Sagas from the top of the library. The deck's game plan is to accelerate chapter progression, chain Sagas through Tom, and convert the resulting value into a win through life drain, tokens, and powerful Saga-creature finishers. The 99 is densely packed with "read ahead" support like Barbara Wright, counter acceleration like Satsuki, the Living Lore, Xavier Sal, Infested Captain, and Weaver of Harmony, and enchantress draw in Sythis, Harvest's Hand, Eidolon of Blossoms, and Setessan Champion. Wins come from Narci, Fable Singer drain, Purphoros, God of the Forge plus token generation, Summon: Bahamut's Mega Flare, and The Coming of Galactus. Zur the Enchanter functions as a hidden commander, fetching cheap Sagas on attack. The deck is sorcery-speed and linear, but Resurgent Belief, Dance of the Manse, Rydia, Summoner of Mist, and Yuna, Hope of Spira give it a meaningful recursion floor.
