Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue blink and control strategy led by Y'shtola Rhul. It uses enter-the-battlefield creatures to accumulate resources, control the battlefield, and assemble game-winning combo loops. The commander grants an extra end step on your turn, triggering end-step exile and return effects twice each round. Early turns focus on mana rocks and Mage tutors to find utility artifacts and card-draw creatures. In the midgame, the deck creates substantial card advantage by blinking creatures like Mulldrifter and disrupting opponents with Venser, Shaper Savant or Agent of Treachery. The primary route to victory generates infinite mana using Deadeye Navigator paired with Peregrine Drake or Great Whale. With unlimited mana, the deck blinks its draw engines to find and cast Thassa's Oracle, winning the game immediately.
