Deck overview

This deck is a combat-focused experience-counter build helmed by the partner pair Kratos, Stoic Father and Atreus, Impulive Son. The strategy leverages Gods and legendary creatures to generate experience counters, then converts them into +1/+1 counters via Kratos's end-step trigger and card advantage/direct damage via Atreus's activated ability. The deck deploys a high density of extra-combat spells - seven in total - to chain multiple combats in a single turn, overrunning opponents with token producers like Otharri, Suns' Glory and God-Eternal Oketra, while All Will Be One and proliferate effects provide an altemate burn finisher. The commanders are not strictly required for the plan to function (many other cards grant experience counters and the extra-combat spells work independently), but they accelerate the clock and supply the deck's primary card draw. The mana base includes fetch lands, shocks, and several tap lands, with a moderate ramp package of rocks and Smothering Tithe for treasure generation.
