Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Voltron and card-advantage engine led by Pako, Arcane Retriever and supported by Haldan, Avid Arcanist. The game plan revolves around accelerating mana on turns one through three, casting Pako on turn four, and attacking immediately thanks to native haste. Each attack exiles the top card of every player's library, providing steady +1/+1 counters to turn Pako into an overwhelming combat threat while stockpiling spells and lands under fetch counters. Haldan unlocks this exiled library to maintain relentless card velocity without spending cards from hand. The deck closes games through lethal commander damage accelerated by extra combat spells like Seize the Day and Savage Beating, power enhancers like Two-Handed Axe, or an infinite combat loop with Aggravated Assault and Sword of Feast and Famine. While highly explosive, the strategy is heavily reliant on Pako connecting in combat and is vulnerable to targeted removal.
