Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal strategy centered on Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. Its plan is to accelerate mana during the early turns, deploy Miirym by Turn 5, and immediately duplicate high-impact Dragons on Turn 6. Cards like Atarka, World Render, Twinflame Tyrant, and Thrakkus the Butcher double or quadruple aerial damage output, allowing the deck to knock out opponents in rapid succession across Turns 7 and 8. Auxiliary copy spells like Irenicus's Vile Duplication and Electroduplicate amplify Miirym's token-generation triggers. The deck possesses immense combat power and resilience against single-target removal due to built-in ward, but it lacks countermagic and proactive stax. Because it routinely taps out for 5-to-7-mana spells, it is vulnerable to sweepers and fast opposing combo lines.
