Deck overview

Prosper, Tome-Bound is a single-faced Rakdos value engine that turns casting cards from exile into Treasures and incremental damage. The primary plan is to curve Prosper into a stream of exiled spells, multiply those Treasures with Xorn and Academy Manufactor, then use the mana to cast Brass's Bounty, Revel in Riches, or Hellkite Tyrant. Secondary paths drain opponents with Reckless Fireweaver, Mayhem Devil, Marionette Master, and Mirkwood Bats, or smash in with Etali, Hellkite Igniter, and Mob Rule. Protection is mostly pre-emptive (Lightning Greaves) and political (Kardur, Doomscourge; Disrupt Decorum); the deck has no counterspells, so it wins by out-tempoing and overwhelming the board before opposing combos resolve.
