Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Voltron and spellslinger aggro strategy helmed by Human Torch. The game plan revolves around deploying cheap noncreature spells during the pre-combat main phase to grant Human Torch flying, double strike, and haste, followed by paying his four-color attack trigger ({R}{G}{W}{U}) to deal combat damage to all opponents at once. Rather than taking down opponents one by one like traditional Voltron builds, Human Torch acts as an explosive multi-target damage engine. Supporting cards provide evasion, power buffs, damage triplers like Fiery Emancipation and City on Fire, and combat steps via Seize the Day. The deck ramps through two- and three-mana rocks to guarantee access to all four colors by Turn 5. While the deck lacks proactive stax pieces and relies on natural card flow, its explosive combat scaling allows it to close out four-player games swiftly once the commander connects.
