Deck overview

This Dimir deck helmed by Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer is a graveyard-centric value engine that leverages discard outlets to cast spells from the graveyard. The primary game plan involves filling the graveyard with cards of diverse mana values to reduce Oskar's cost, then using looting effects and discard payoffs to generate card advantage, mana, and board presence. Win conditions include Triskaidekaphile (exactly 13 cards in hand), Omniscience into free spells, and incremental combat damage from evasive creatures like Psychic Frog and Bilbo, Luckwearer. The deck also features a robust recursion suite with Reanimate, Victimize, Emet-Selch of the Third Seat, and Bilbo, Thief in the Night to repeatedly reuse key spells. Interaction is solid but lacks free counterspells, and the deck's speed is moderate, aiming to grind out value over turns 8-9.
