Deck overview

This deck is a Temur token swarm and group-draw strategy commanded by Xyris, the Writhing Storm. The primary game plan focuses on deploying early ramp to cast Xyris on Turn 4, followed by resolving symmetrical draw and wheel spells such as Windfall, Reforge the Soul, and Echo of Eons on Turn 5. Because Xyris triggers whenever opponents draw cards outside their first draw step, each wheel creates 21 1/1 Snake tokens while refilling your hand. The deck converts this sudden token flood into victory either instantly through enter-the-battlefield burn effects like Purphoros, God of the Forge and Impact Tremors, or on the following turn through overwhelming combat damage amplified by Shared Animosity, Coat of Arms, or Beastmaster Ascension. Supported by interaction like Cyclonic Rift and lock pieces like Junk Winder, the deck overwhelms the table through sheer resource volume.
