Deck overview

This mono-black deck is led by Syr Konrad, the Grim, turning creature deaths, self-mill, and graveyard churn into direct damage against the entire table. The primary win condition combines Konrad with Mindcrank to trigger an escalating mill-and-damage chain that drains all opponents from forty life to zero in a single turn. Supporting engines like Mesmeric Orb, Tortured Existence, and Ghoulcaller Gisa provide steady attrition and board presence. A suite of creature recursion cards ensures key threats return from the graveyard easily, while cards like Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Bloodletter of Aclazotz provide solid backup win conditions when the main combo is unavailable.
