Mirko, Obsessive Theorist leads a Dimir surveil-reanimator deck that turns every stitched-together graveyard into a battlefield. The primary plan is to surveil early, grow Mirko's power, and reanimate Archon of Cruelty or other high-end threats at each end step. Secondary paths include cloning those threats with Auton Soldier or Phyrexian Metamorph, and assembling a compact infinite-mana loop with Displacer Kitten, Archaeomancer, a ritual, and Frantic Search, then draining via Tergrid's Lantern. The commander is an engine rather than a requirement; the deck has enough one-shot reanimation and tutor effects to operate without him. The hidden engine in the 99 is The Soul Stone, which provides repeatable recursion without casting Mirko.
