Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai spellslinger strategy led by Elsha of the Infinite. It leverages Elsha's ability to cast noncreature spells from the top of the library with flash, turning topdeck manipulation into rapid tempo and card velocity. The primary game plan seeks to assemble a cost-reducing permanent such as Cloud Key alongside Sensei's Divining Top. With both in play under Elsha, Top can be drawn and recast from the library indefinitely for zero mana, generating arbitrary storm count and drawing into Grapeshot for a single-turn table knockout. A deep suite of countermagic, spot removal, and card-draw staples like Rhystic Study and Whirlwind of Thought keeps the game controlled until the combo is ready. If Elsha is removed or denied, the deck transitions into an incremental token-swarm plan backed by Shark Typhoon, Assemble the Legion, and Stormchaser's Talent.
