Format: Commander

Commander: Black Panther, Wakandan King

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Selesnya +1/+1 counter deck built around Black Panther, Wakandan King's unique counter-relocation engine. The primary plan is to use Survey the Realm triggers and the "earthbend" package to park +1/+1 counters on lands, then activate Mine Vibranium to dump those counters onto a single creature - gaining life and drawing a card each time. The deck wins through combat with a massive, trampling counter army (amplified by myriad via Legion Loyalty and the finisher Akroma's Will), with a backup infinite-mana kill through Devoted Druid + Walking Ballista. A dense redundancy suite of counter amplifiers (Hardened Scales, Kami of Whispered Hopes, Conclave Mentor, Ozolith, the Shattered Spire) makes the plan highly self-consistent, and the commander doubles as a repeatable card-draw engine once counters are stockpiled on lands.
