Commander: The Weaver King

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Dimir mill deck helmed by The Weaver King, built to empty opponents' libraries through a dense package of mill enablers and finish with one of several infinite or near-infinite mill combos. The primary plan is to deploy mill engines like Bruvac the Grandiloquent (which doubles all mill), Hedron Crab and Ruin Crab (landfall mill), Mesmeric Orb, and Dreborn Muse, then convert that pressure into a combo kill: Bruvac the Grandiloquent + kicked Maddening Cacophony mills each opponent's entire library, while Mindcrank + Syr Konrad, the Grim creates an infinite mill/damage loop. The commander provides a secondary value engine, milling on combat damage and stealing the best creatures milled. A strong control shell of counterspells and free interaction protects the combo turn.
