Deck overview

This mono-white deck focuses on Phyrexian tribal synergy, incubate tokens, and asymmetric board control helmed by Elesh Norn // The Argent Etchings. The primary game plan develops a wide creature presence early using efficient token producers such as Skrelv's Hive, Blade Splicer, and Norn's Inquisitor. Once three creatures are established, Elesh Norn transforms into The Argent Etchings on turn 5, creating five 2/2 Phyrexian artifact creatures. On turn 6, Chapter II grants the entire team +1/+1 and double strike for an explosive combat swing that eliminates a key threat. On turn 7, Chapter III provides an asymmetric wipe against non-Phyrexians, clearing the way to finish remaining opponents. Asymmetric disruption from Phyrexian Censor and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines constrains opposing development while robust protection spells like Teferi's Protection and Flawless Maneuver keep the army intact.
