Deck overview

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice is a +1/+1 counter and proliferate build. The primary plan is to establish counter-generating permanents, multiply them with Hardened Scales, Winding Constrictor, and Corpsejack Menace, then finish either through combat with huge trampling/flying beaters or through the Walking Ballista-Gatta and Luzzu counter loop. Atraxa is the default end-step proliferate engine, while draw-on-counter effects and instant-speed protection keep the engine alive. Atraxa is single-faced, and there is no hidden commander; the deck is built around her repeatable proliferate rather than a secondary commander face.
