Format: Commander

Commander: Serah Farron // Crystallized Serah

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Serah Farron is a legendary-creature beatdown deck: it plays a low curve of legendary creatures, uses Serah's front face to discount the first legendary each turn, then transforms her into the anthemed back face that gives every legendary +2/+2. That back side, Crystallized Serah, is the actual win engine: every turn after that begins with a wide, sizable attack. Sagas such as Befriending the Moths and Summon: Choco/Mog supply steady buffs and clock; web-slinging in both Spider-Men yields extra tokens and card selection; finally, Rydia's Return and Haliya add a +1/+1 component that turns a 30-damage attack into a 50-damage one. There is no infinite loop or acceleration; the deck wins by accumulation of combat damage.
