Millicent, Restless Revenant by MrBooBear

Format: Commander

Commander: Millicent, Restless Revenant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Millicent, Restless Revenant leads an Azorius Spirit-token deck that uses cheap Spirits to discount her, then turns repeated combat damage into a wide flying army. The primary plan is to build a critical mass of Spirits, pump them with anthem effects, and win through combat. Secondary paths include a disturb-based Sinner's Judgment curse kill and mass recursion from Storm of Souls and Ghost Vacuum. Millicent is both an engine and a finisher; Donal, Herald of Wings acts as a lieutenant, and there is no hidden commander. The deck can win through attrition but is vulnerable to sweepers and graveyard hate.
