Gandalf, Party Guest sits atop a Jeskai spellslinger build that turns legendary Wizards into free combat-phase spells. The deck develops a Wizard count with Kykar, Baral, Hurkyl, and Alphinaud, then uses Gandalf's ability to chain instants and sorceries into card draw, tokens, treasures, and copied spells. Its real hidden commander is The Emperor of Palamecia: three hard-cast 4+ mana noncreature spells transform it into The Lord Master of Hell, whose attack trigger burns each opponent based on noncreature cards in the graveyard. The win is assembled by copying the Lord Master with Irenicus's Vile Duplication, Sakashima, or Ember Island Production and swinging with multiple Starfall triggers, finishing around turn eight on a clean draw.
