Deck overview

This is a tri-color Esper Equipment/Voltron deck centered on Ratonhnhake ton, a cheap 3-mana Assassin who is hexproof and unblockable until he has dealt damage - making him a uniquely safe Equipment carrier. The deck plans to land him early, attach a 25-card Equipment suite, and convert his combat-damage trigger - which creates 1/1 Assassin tokens and returns an Equipment from the graveyard already attached - into a compounding source of card advantage, tokens, and repeated value. The primary win condition is commander damage, with the deck's signature alternate finish in Ramses, Assassin Lord: if any Assassin kills an opponent it attacked, Ramses wins the game on the spot. Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist, Arna Kennerud, Skycaptain, and Kamiz, Obscura Oculus provide free equipping, copy effects, and unblockable/double-strike support, while the heavy Equipment density lets the deck rebuild through creature wipes.
