Deck overview

This deck is an optimized mono-white artifact combo and equipment engine led by Cloud, Midgar Mercenary. Cloud guarantees early access to essential Equipment such as Skullclamp, Paradise Mantle, or Lightning Greaves on turn 2, while doubling triggers when equipped to fuel explosive card draw and resource generation. The deck's primary victory route revolves around historic recursion loops powered by Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle or Krark-Clan Ironworks, utilizing sacrifice outlets like Ashnod's Altar alongside Myr Retriever and zero-cost artifact creatures (Memnite, Ornithopter, Phyrexian Walker). Once assembled around turns 4 to 5, the loop generates infinite colorless mana, draws the entire deck with Skullclamp, and immediately wins the game on the same turn via lethal damage from Walking Ballista or Aetherflux Reservoir. Backed by proactive protection like Silence, Voice of Victory, and Ranger-Captain of Eos, alongside dense low-cost reanimation spells, the deck exhibits exceptional engine recovery and protection against opposing interaction.
