Torbran by Astro.Undead

Format: Commander

Commander: Torbran, Thane of Red Fell

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Torbran, Thane of Red Fell turns every red damage source into a +2 burn amplifier, making this a mono-red race deck. The primary plan is to land cheap pingers and Torbran early, then stack damage doublers/triplers - Fiery Emancipation, Dictate of the Twin Gods, City on Fire, Angrath's Marauders - and finish with direct burn. A secondary one-shot plan uses Heartless Hidetsugu with a doubler to take out all three opponents at once, while the Toralf/Repercussion package converts Blasphemous Act into a chain of excess damage. Toralf acts as a hidden commander for that combo. With only four mana rocks and no tutors, the deck's biggest constraint is curve; it executes best as a turn-6 goldfish but can stumble on mana-light draws.
