Commander: Vren, the Relentless

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Dimir edict deck uses Vren, the Relentless to turn every sacrifice into exile and Rats. You control the board with 15+ edicts (Innocent Blood, Fleshbag Marauder, Plaguecrafter, Vona's Hunger) and force opponents to sacrifice each turn. Vren replaces death with exile and creates X 1/1 Rats at each end step, where X is the number of creatures exiled that turn. The Rats grow as +1/+1 for each other Rat, so the army scales quickly. Braids, Arisen Nightmare and Sothera, the Supervoid add draw and theft, while Bident of Thassa and Curiosity effects keep cards flowing. You win by attacking with a large Rat army, not by combo.
