Deck overview

This Sultai deck harnesses Yarok, the Desecrated to double every permanent entering the battlefield, converting standard enters-the-battlefield creatures, imprint artifacts, and landfall triggers into massive resource advantages. The early game focuses on land ramp via spells like Cultivate and creatures like Wood Elves to deploy Yarok by Turn 4 or 5. Once Yarok is operational, the deck rapidly snowballs with potent value engines such as Tatyova, Benthic Druid and Mulldrifter, refilling the hand and generating substantial mana. The primary route to victory overwhelms opponents through massive landfall token swarms from Avenger of Zendikar, Scute Swarm, and Rampaging Baloths, which deal lethal combat damage across Turns 7 and 8. Incidental infinite flicker combos featuring Ghostly Flicker, Eternal Witness, and Peregrine Drake offer an alternate table finish.
